VibeMarket is a digital information platform operating as a public beta.

The website and its features are administered by VibeMarket Administration.

VibeMarket provides technical tools for interaction between clients and independent contractors, including orders, bids, messages, portfolios, reviews, direct payments, and optional TON escrow.

VibeMarket is not an employer, bank, payment system, crypto exchange, investment service, or a party to the agreement between a client and contractor.

For direct payments, users transfer funds themselves. VibeMarket does not receive or hold the funds and charges no fee for direct payment.

For TON escrow, the user connects their own wallet and signs transactions. VibeMarket does not receive a seed phrase or private key.

VibeMarket does not claim to hold a banking, payment, investment, or exchange licence and does not provide such regulated services in its own name.

Each user independently checks whether the selected payment method is permitted and complies with the law applicable to their activities and location.
