This Policy explains how VibeMarket processes data, including cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, and analytics, and how users can exercise their rights.
This Policy applies to the website, accounts, orders, bids, messages, portfolios, reviews, TON escrow, support, and administration.
Data may include account email and name, login data, settings, device and browser details, IP and security events, and information users submit about orders, messages, files, payment parameters, and disputes.
VibeMarket does not receive or store bank details for direct payments. Users exchange them themselves.
Data is used for accounts, platform operation, orders, chat, moderation, support, disputes, abuse prevention, security, product improvement, and legal requirements.
Optional ProductAnalytics starts only after the user selects “Accept analytics”. Before consent there is no analytics session, page view, or UTM attribution. The choice is stored in localStorage and can be changed through “Analytics settings” in the footer. “Necessary only” disables optional analytics.
Cookies and browser storage may support login, security, settings, and the analytics choice. sessionStorage may store an analytics session identifier only after consent. Users can clear these data in their browser.
Profiles, portfolios, orders, reviews, and other materials are visible to the extent selected by the user and provided by the interface.
Wallet addresses, hashes, and confirmed TON events may be public on the blockchain and cannot be removed by VibeMarket once recorded.
Data may be processed by hosting, email, RPC, file-storage, authentication, and monitoring providers as needed to operate the service, and disclosed where legally required.
Data is retained as needed for account operation, rights protection, disputes, security, and legal requirements.
VibeMarket Administration uses reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
