These Terms govern the use of VibeMarket, accounts, orders, bids, messages, portfolios, reviews, direct payments, TON escrow, and other platform features. By using VibeMarket or creating an account, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms.
VibeMarket is a digital information platform for clients and independent contractors. It provides tools for orders, bids, communication, delivery, acceptance, reviews, direct payments, and TON escrow. It operates as a public beta. VibeMarket Administration provides infrastructure, support, moderation, and technical assistance with disputes. VibeMarket is not an employer, bank, payment system, exchange, investment service, or a party to a user agreement.
Only persons aged 18 or older with the required legal capacity may use VibeMarket. Users independently check tax, currency, contractual, and other requirements applicable to them.
Some features require an account through email, Telegram, or another available method. Users must provide accurate information, secure their access, and not transfer an account.
The work agreement is concluded directly between the client and contractor. They agree scope, price, timing, milestones, acceptance criteria, delivery format, changes, and rights. VibeMarket is not a party and does not guarantee quality, payment, or commercial success.
Users retain rights to their materials and grant VibeMarket a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, copy, technically process, display, and transmit them as needed for profiles, orders, portfolios, reviews, chat, backups, moderation, support, and disputes. By uploading material, a user confirms that they hold the rights and permissions needed for that use. VibeMarket may remove or restrict access to material following a substantiated complaint from a rights holder. VibeMarket News is editorial content published only by VibeMarket Administration; users cannot publish news independently.

Fraud, phishing, malware, hacking, security bypasses, stolen data, rights violations, unlawful financial schemes, spam, fake deals, review manipulation, unlawful goods, and other unlawful activity are prohibited. Administration may hide or remove content, restrict features, or suspend an account. Contact support@vibemarket.pro.
The parties exchange payment details and transfer funds directly. The VibeMarket fee is 0%. VibeMarket does not receive, hold, or transfer funds, verify payment details, cancel transfers, or guarantee refunds.
TON escrow is an optional transaction method using a TON smart contract. Funds go directly to the contract. VibeMarket does not receive wallet passwords, seed phrases, or private keys. Users connect wallets and sign transactions themselves after checking the network, address, amount, asset, fees, and contract parameters.
The direct-payment fee is 0%. The TON escrow platform fee is 5% of a successful contractor payout unless a different amount is displayed before confirmation. The platform fee and TON network fee are separate; the network fee is paid separately by the user.
The parties agree changes to scope, timing, price, and milestones and record them through available platform tools.
The contractor delivers in the agreed format. Rights transfer is determined by the parties and does not arise solely from using VibeMarket.
The client accepts, requests substantiated corrections, or opens a dispute within the period shown in the deal interface. Agreed acceptance criteria are the primary reference.
Disputes are handled under the escrow and arbitration rules. Administration may review order data, messages, files, system events, and blockchain data. This is an internal technical process, not a court, tribunal, or legal advice.
Features may change, be disabled, or be limited because of TON, wallet, RPC, hosting, or other services. VibeMarket does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, orders, contractors, or deal results.
Administration may restrict or end access for violations, security threats, rights complaints, fraud, or legal requirements. Requests for review may be sent to support@vibemarket.pro.
A new version is published on this page. Continued use after publication means acceptance; confirmed deals retain their recorded parameters unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
